Pantheon

The Pantheon is a neoclassical-style mausoleum where many of France's great minds are buried. From the Pantheon, a distant  Eiffel Tower  can be seen.

   Sorbonne University

The Sorbonne University is one of Europe's oldest universities. It has hosted countless great thinkers, including philosophers René Descartes, Jean-Paul Sartre, and Simone de Beauvoir. Enjoy a drink on the café terrace in front of the college before exploring the winding little streets of the Latin Quarter behind it.

The Louvre

To learn the Louvre in and out, you might need a lifetime.  The site of the world's largest and most diverse collection of pre 20th century painting, sculpture, and decorative objects, The Louvre is definitely one of Paris' best attractions. Not forgetting the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo, and countless others. The palace itself is testament to a rich history spanning from the medieval period to the present. The adjacent Tuileries gardens are perfect for a stroll pre-or post-visit.

One of the landmark sights of Paris is the “Hi-Tec” Pompidou Center. This building is the home of, among other things, the National Museum of Modern Art (a masterful and diverse collection of works from many modern schools and artists). The George Pompidou Center isn't just an art gallery, additionally it also houses a library, a video library, a graphic laboratory, along with architectural and design collections, an industrial creation center, an institute specializing in experimenting with sounds and music and much more.
